It's both refreshing and depressing to know that the asshattery that goes on in supermarket parking lots(hee hee) here in the states is not simply an American tradition. We don't have those family spots you speak of, but if we did I'm sure there'd be a rush of childless buttnuggets buying car seats from the local pawn shops and thrift stores. Generally any situation where I have to deal with the 'public' is unpleasant. Wow!
